The hub is designed to meet the unique needs of the local Aboriginal community in Inverell and surrounding district. Keys:
One of the key services provided through the hub will be Elder Care Support Programs, personalized NDIS services, which will address crucial barriers services for Aboriginal community in Inverell and surrounding districts. The hub will not only focus on these services, it will also provide a tailored health and well-being referral service. Culturally appropriate support services and wellness programs will be offered to address the specific needs of the Aboriginal community. Additionally, the hub will serve as a central point for accessing essential services, simplifying the process of accessing health care for community members.
As an advocate and representative for the Aboriginal community, the hub will voice Aboriginal rights and interests, both within the community and in broader society. The hub will actively promote cultural preservation through various activities, workshops, and initiatives aimed at preserving Aboriginal culture, language, and heritage.
